ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
HEARING
RYAN P. LUDDY CASE NO. V 1307
The Zoning Board of Appeals held a continued public hearing on November 14, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in Memorial Hall in the Town Hall, 1196 Main Street, Holden, MA on the Petition of Ryan P. Luddy for property located at 512 Main Street for a VARIANCE for a kennel license. This hearing was opened on October 3, 2013.
Members in attendance: R. Spakauskas, R. Fraser, F. Lonardo, J. Deignan and R. Butler.
The Chairman called the hearing to order. At the last meeting, the applicant was asked to rewrite question #1 of the Findings of Fact, which he did and submitted to the Board for their review.
F. Lonardo asked Mr. Luddy if he had met with the Town Engineer. He said they met at the site on October 21st and a copy of her comments had also been forwarded to the Board.
Since there were no further comments or questions, the public hearing was closed at 7:20 p.m.
F. Lonardo made a motion to approve the variance with conditions. R. Butler seconded. Vote 5-0, motion approved.
The Board voted unanimously to approve the variance with the following conditions: 1) The applicant must adhere to the comments in the attached memo from Isabel McCauley, Senior Civil Engineer, dated October 29, 2013; 2) Hours of operation will be 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. contained in the indoor facility.
