Meeting Minutes
January 26, 2010
Attending: Nina Mazloff, Celeste Duffy, Connie Marr, Mary Ritter, Stephanie Poh, Edna Sexton
The Vice Chair, Nina Mazloff called the meeting to order at 5:08PM.
The minutes of the December 3, 2009 meeting were reviewed and approved.
Motion to approve the minutes-Ritter. Seconded by Marr with unanimous approval.

Report of the Chair - N/A
Reports
Director - There is a program on February 4, 2010 at 6:30PM on the life and work of Charles Dickens. Robert Price, one of the founders of the Friends of GFL and long time treasurer, recently died. The family has established a book fund in his name. There was a leak in the rubber part of the roof. The roofers will give an estimate if the roof needs more work. The Trustees agreed with Jane that we should invite the new Town Manager, Nancy Galkowski, to a board meeting. Jane will be attending the Legislative Breakfast on January 29 to talk about the budget and future support of libraries.

Old Business
The Gale Free Library Internet Policy was reviewed for a second time.
• Poh made a motion to accept the Internet Policy as written. It was seconded by Mazloff with unanimous approval.

Correspondence
The Trustees received a thank you card from Brian Olivo for the gift card that the Trustees gave him.
Adjournment
Duffy made a motion to adjourn at 5:20PM and was seconded by Ritter with unanimous approval.
