Traffic Access Management (TAM) Follow up of CMRPC
There is nothing new to report on this item. Jim Zingarelli will keep in contact with CMRPC.
Crosswalks at Main Street and Shrewsbury Street
Jim Zingarelli contacted the owner of the plaza property regarding opening a path into the plaza from a proposed crosswalk location near Lincoln Avenue. Jim will prepare a GIS sketch and send it to the property owner for review.
Circulation through Ann Street
The DPW has not moved the rocks blocking Ann Street as discussed at the last meeting. Jim Zingarelli reviewed the deeds to the adjoining property and discovered that property descriptions do not seem to match the parcel bonds. It seems the original developer intended to decree the northerly half of Ann Street to the adjoining property. The DPW is now considering installing a swing gate for vehicles and a 4-foot wide pedestrian opening. The plow drivers would have a key for the locked gate; this solution should correct problems with snowplow operations on Ann Street.

c. The board voted to elect Todd Manning as Secretary and Don Lawton as Chair.
d. Town Manager Brian J. Bullock's farewell reception will be held at Val's Restaurant on January 28th between 4 and 7pm.
