1. March 3rd Minutes Approved
   March 24th Minutes Approved

2. Traffic Access Management (TAM)
Brian Bullock has signed the grant application for DLTA (District Local Technical Assistance) monies; the monies are handled by CMRPC. The CMRPC will discuss the grant application during its May meeting. FY '10 monies have already been allocated. Holden's grant will not be taken up until 12/09 when FY'11 monies are allocated. On another note, some WPI students are interested in reviewing Holden's crash data and other traffic data reports, for a class project. Their research would begin next fall.

3. Traffic Light Sequencing
The signal phasing plans are available from MassHighway Boston.

4. Stripping at Main Street and Salisbury Street
Main Street stripping is the State's responsibility. The town is responsible for Salisbury Street. Planning Board member Otto Lies suggests the Salisbury Street stripping should follow the actual traffic pattern at the intersection with Main Street-pushing the centerline to the right.

5. Other
Brattle Street/Doyle Road Intersection, Shrewsbury Street/Doyle Road Intersection, Doyle Road and Salisbury Street Sidewalks package should be awarded in May with construction beginning in June. NStar's work in Salisbury Street will begin first with the sidewalk reconstruction beginning a month later.

The stop sign is missing at Marlin Street and Holden Street.

Otto Lies was pleasantly surprised to hear that the DLTA grant is already submitted. He mentioned that the Planning Board is not getting copies of T/CC meeting minutes. The official meeting minutes are held with the Town Clerk.

Currently, the T/CC minutes are copied to the Planning Board. If the Planning Board is noted within the minutes, the minutes should be distributed to the Board.

Jim Kempton reviewed the proposed traffic lighting/stop line set-up at the new Public Safety Building/WRHS. The issues discussed are included in the attachment.

Meeting adjourned at 8:25PM.
