Planning Board Meeting Minutes

Members Present: R. Bates, C. Stanovich, R. Ricker, O. Lies, C. Prager, W. Ritter, D. Lindberg
Others Present: Pamela Harding, Senior Planner, Debra Sciascia, Recording Secretary
At 7:30 PM the Planning Board meeting was called to order.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
C. Stanovich motioned to re-elect R. BATES CHAIRMAN. W. Ritter seconded. All in favor.
W. Ritter motioned to re-elect C. STANOVICH VICE-CHAIRMAN. D. Lindberg seconded. All in favor.
R. Ricker motioned to re-elect D. LINDBERG SECRETARY. W. Ritter seconded. All in favor.
CONTINUATION PUBLIC HEARING Definitive Subdivision, Bullard Estates, Casa Builders: The letter from the Wachusett Regional School District, permitting the tie in to the sewer line, located on Bullard Street, was distributed to the Board.
P. Harding updated the Board, pointing out the third paragraph of the letter regarding the resimbursement for the sewer line. The Board recommended forwarding the letter to Town Council for review and comment. A written request for a continuance is needed from the developer. R. Ricker motioned to continue the Public Hearing to February 7, 2006, with a decision to be filed with the Town Clerk by February 15, 2006. W. Ritter abstained from the vote. D. Lindberg seconded. Vote 6-0. All in favor.
MEETING MINUTES:
* August 16, 2005: C. Stanovich motioned to approve. R. Ricker seconded. All in favor.
* August 23, 2005: D. Lindberg motioned to approve. C. Stanovich abstained from the vote. C. Prager seconded. All in favor.
TRI-PARTY AGREEMENT Wagner Meadows: Signed by the Board.
OTHER BUSINESS:
* Master Plan: D. Lindberg was commended for joining the Master Plan Committee. P. Harding said that Planners Collaborative may be doing the Master Plan. It has taken awhile to put a committee together.
* Affordable Housing Wachusett Woods: Meeting January 24, 2006.

W. Ritter motioned to adjourn the Planning Board meeting. C. Stanovich seconded.. All in favor.
