Memorial Day parade Committee Meeting Minutes
May 1, 2014 Starbard Building 7:00PM

Old Business:
Accept the minutes from the April 2nd meeting
All info from the April 15th meeting that was held at the library was revisited. ( see above info)
New Business:
Dave spoke with Jackie about the HPD color guard.. HPD will be in attendance for the parade
Brooks needs to get signed contract of the SOA band to Jackie for payment
Still working on getting banners for the Elementary schools .. Dave and Jeremy are working on this task.
Ask Big Y if they will provide food for 150 people. If not we will look to other business in town
Got the list of Veterans who will walk or ride in the parade. Need to find vehicles for veteran riders
We got the parade permits all set with the town
Glenn Sullivan has walkie talkies for us and he will be ordering flags to hand out in the parade.
Check the library and the middle school to see if we have art or essays
Call Landmark to update them on the parade information
Boy scouts Pancake breakfast on Monday May 26th
Continue the work on the programs for the parade.
Next meeting will be held May 8th at 7PM at Starbard building. (Jeremy putting in request)
