Meeting Minutes
April 21, 2010

Present: Chairman Chris Lucchesi, Peter Liddy, Karl Makela, David White Dave Ellis, Police Chief Sherrill, Fire Chief Chandler
Absent: Bob Beck, Mary Ryan, Brian Forts, Rick Bates
Others Present: Gary Kaczmarek, Owners On Site Manager
Chairman Lucchesi called the meeting to order at 6PM.
None.
Chairman Lucchesi notified the Committee of a meeting, which occurred at the project site, which was related to the work of the masonry contractor. Present at the meeting were, the Chairman, Mr. Kaczmarek, Charles Boos and Paul McAndrew, both of KBA, Mike Pagano, LPA, Gill Morel and Jason Goodwin of G&R Construction, and representatives from D’Agostino Masonry. The meeting was to review masonry concerns with the installment of split face block and the apparatus bay brick veneer. At the conclusion of the meeting, it was determined the work did not meet the specifications of the construction documents and corrective action was required. KBA would issue official notification of the determination.

Mr. Kaczmarek provided review of work on the site through 4/21/10.
Mr. Makela presented the committee with invoices for signature approval.
None.
Motion by David White, seconded by Karl Makela, it was UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO ADJOURN THE APRIL 21, 2010 MEETING AT 6:55PM.
