The meeting was called to order at 6:03 PM.

Comments from the Chair:
Expressed thanks to the committee for the work we have done. The presentation for Town Meeting is under development. Summitt Forms was the printer selected for the creation of our informational flyers. Suzy Schuck was very helpful in facilitating the process for the committee. The direct mail flyer is scheduled to be dropped of at the post office Thursday or Friday for delivery to Holden and Jefferson mail stops on Friday and/or Saturday.
General Discussion:
A bried discussion was held regarding our efforts to get to this point in time. The final decision is going to be made by our fellow citizens at the Special Town Meeting and subsequent Ballot Election for the Debt Exclusion. Regardless of the outcome, the committee believes our work was true to our self-defined mission of finding a cost effective solution to the public safety needs of the Holden community.
