MEETING MINUTES
March 17, 2010

Also Present: Nancy Galkowski, Town Manager, Jacquie Kelly, Assistant Town Manager, Jim Shuris, DPW Director, Rich DeWitt, Supervisor of Operations, Jack Cross, Working Foreman, Jim Zingarelli, Engineer, Selectmen: Kim Ferguson, Ken O'Brien, Anthony Renzoni
The meeting was called to order at 7:07.
DPW Director answered questions about the Public Works Budget and the Depreciation Fund. The Committee will have further discussion concerning the Depreciation Fund items.
The bids for the Hendricks House restoration were favorable and under budget.
Al, Paul and Jacquie attended the WRSDC Business and Finance Budget Task Force meeting on March 15. The Superintendent presented 2 scenarios to that committee concerning the WRSD F/Y 11 Budget.
A motion by Jim 2nd by Paul to accept the minutes of March 10, 2010 as amended was voted unanimously (abstained Peter).
The meeting adjourned at 9:30.
