MEETING MINUTES
March 10, 2010

The meeting was called to order at 7:00.

Al announced that the Regional Finance Committee will meet on March 11, 2010. The WRSD Budget Task force will meet on March 15, 2010. The Montachusett RVHS assessment is lower ($196,225.00) then in the town budget, due to 8 less students from Holden, change in the regional formula and the 10 year buy in cost has ended.

Paul recused himself at 7:09 and returned at 7:13 at the conclusion of the Library discussion. Paul's wife is employed at the Library.

Jane Dutton answered questions about the Library Budget.

Johnny Suire and Larry Popple answered questions about the Cable Revolving Fund Budget. There was discussion about revolving funding and Mass. General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 53E1/2.

Denise Morano answered questions about the Recreation/After School Revolving Fund Budget.

Dennis Lipka answered questions about the Growth Management Budget, Solid Waste Enterprise Fund and the Inspection Revolving Fund.

The Committee discussed some items in the Fire Department Budget with the Town Manager and will have further discussion on these items.

Al and Jim will plan to meet with Nancy.

A motion by Jim 2nd by Paul to accept the minutes of February 24, 2010 with the spelling correction was voted unanimously.

A motion by Rick 2nd by Jim to accept the minutes of March 3, 2010 as presented was voted unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 10:09.
