Members Present: Al Berg, Jim Dunn, Paul Challenger, Peter Lacy, Glenn Gaudette, Bob Lavigne, Marilynn Foley
Members Absent: Rick Bates, Don Mancini
Also Present: Nancy Galkowski, Town Manager, Jacquie Kelly, Assistant Town Manager, Selectmen: Kim Ferguson, David White, Ken O'Brien, Anthony Renzoni
The meeting was called to order at 7:10.
Al welcomed new Town Manager Nancy Galkowski. Nancy presented a power point presentation on the F/Y 2011 Budget and answered questions on the budget.
The Committee discussed the format of Department budget meetings. Questions could be asked the night of the meeting and questions that needed further information would be submitted before the scheduled meetings.
The Committee also had a brief discussion on Revolving Fund Budgets.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05.
