The meeting began at 7:00 p.m.
NOI Alden Woods - This case was continued to December 6, 2006.
Chapin Rd. Lot 6 - Informal Discussion - Jon Proffitt is currently talking with the owners, LAM Builders, regarding the purchase of this lot. His concerns are that the house that he would like may not fit on the property without encroaching on the wetlands. He wanted input from the Board as to his possibilities for house placement.
Stormwater Management Regulations - P. Harding and the Town Engineer will be reinforcing these regulations. The regs. will have to go before the Town at a Town meeting. The Board will make their comments at the December meeting and have a rough draft formed for the January meeting. The Board would need to amend the Wetlands By-Law because of these regulations.
Minutes - N. Rocheleau moved to accept the minutes of October 4, 2006. L. Anderson seconded and the vote was unanimous with M. Kennedy and R. Lowell abstaining.
Other Business - L. Anderson updated the Board that the work at 105 Mill St. is complete. He also updated the Board as to an emergency repair on Brentwood Dr.
N. Rocheleau moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 p.m. and R. Lowell seconded. The vote was unanimous.
