The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.
The final redlined version of the Master Plan was reviewed. Celeste Duffy suggested that table be incorporated to explain the Zoning District shown on the Map. The corrected copy of the Public Services Section had to be posted on the website.
The Committee discussed how to present the Master Plan to the Planning Board. It was decided to provide a brief presentation and summary of the findings present the Plan to the Board and return for discussion and to answer questions.
Joe Giotta voted to accept the Master Plan with the discussed changes, Celeste Duffy seconded the vote, all were in favor.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30p.m.
