• A. Gribbons moved to accept minutes of 01/26/10 meeting; D. Torres-Gale seconded; Yes-5, No-0, Abstained-0. Minutes approved as submitted.
• A discussion of the final report (drafted at previous meeting) ensued, which included some rewording of the Conclusion segment.
• A. Gribbons moved to accept the Report as amended and changed; O. Lies seconded; Yes-5, No-0, Abstained-0. See roll call vote below. Report approved as amended and changed.
