Meeting Minutes
June 12, 2012

Present: James Jumonville, Ken Lipka, Robert Lavigne; and Mark Ferguson
Mr. Jumonville opened the meeting at 11:30 a.m.
- Grant authorization to the Town Manager to sign any licenses and permits, if necessary, prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting
On a motion by Robert Lavigne, seconded by Ken Lipka, it was unanimously voted to authorize the Town Manager to approve any licenses and/or permits during the summer between the regularly scheduled meetings.
Mark Ferguson joined the meeting
- WRSD Committee Resignation – Carmelo Bazzano
On a motion by Robert Lavigne, seconded by Ken Lipka, it was unanimously voted to interview and vote on filling the vacancy left by the resignation of Carmelo Bazzano from the Wachusett Regional School District Committee at the July 9 meeting of the Board.
The vacancy will be advertised in the local media, on our website and our Facebook page.
- Vacancy on Holden Housing Authority
On a motion by Ken Lipka, seconded by Robert Lavigne, it was unanimously voted to conduct a joint meeting with the Holden Housing Authority to fill the vacant position on the Housing Authority by a failure to elect at the August meeting of the Board.
The vacancy will be advertised in the local media, our website and our Facebook page. Write-in candidates from the last election shall also be notified.
The meeting adjourned at 11:37 a.m.
