INTERVIEW MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 6, 2011
6:15PM Memorial Hall
Present: Vice Chairman Kenneth O’Brien, Kenneth Lipka, Anthony Renzoni
Absent: Chairman Robert Lavigne, James Jumonville
Others Present: Nancy Galkowski, Town Manager
Elizabeth Helder, Recording Secretary
Vice Chairman O’Brien opened the meeting at 6:15PM.
Selectmen Appointments
The Board interviewed Ms. Kathleen Welsh for appointment to the Cultural Council.
Ms. Welsh currently serves as an Election Officer in Precinct One. She said she used to take minutes for the Finance Committee and was looking to become more active in her volunteer activities with the Town.
Motion by Sel. Lipka, seconded by Sel. O’Brien, it was UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPOINT MS. KATHLEEN WELSH TO THE CULTURAL COUNCIL TO A TERM EXPIRING 6/30/13.
The Board recessed to the regular meeting at 6:30PM.
