MEETING MINUTES
OCTOBER 27, 2009

Present: Chairman Kimberly Ferguson, David White, Kenneth O'Brien (arrived at 6:15PM0)
Absent: James Jumonville, Anthony Renzoni
Candidate Interview - Agricultural Commission
Selectmen interviewed Nona Antinerella, Mary Sloan, Michael Antinerella, Denise Cummings, Erich Mierzejewski, and James Dunn for positions on the Agricultural Commission. Chairman Ferguson explained that there were 7 positions available on the newly formed Commission: 5 regular and 2 alternate seats. The Commission will act as a liaison between the town's farmers and the town. The Commission will serve as an advisory group to establish and enforce guidelines within the law.
Chairman Ferguson said that the Board would make appointments to the Agricultural Commission during the regular November 2, 2009 Selectmen's meeting.

Motion by Sel. White, seconded by Sel. O'Brien, it was UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO ADJOURN THE OCTOBER 27, 2009 MEETING AT 6:30PM.
