Chairman Jumonville opened the meeting at 6:35PM.
Proposed Public Safety Building
General discussion ensued regarding the proposed Public Safety Building.
Motion by Selectmen Sullivan, seconded by Selectman Ferguson, IT WAS VOTED 4-1 WITH 1 OPPOSED TO ENDORSE THE PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING AS PROPOSED BY THE PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING COMMITTEE. (Opposed: Jumonville)
Motion by Selectman White, seconded by Selectman Sullivan, IT WAS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO CALL A SPECIAL TOWN MEETING ON MARCH 10TH TO CONSIDER THE NEW FACILITY.
Motion by Selectman White, seconded by Selectman Sullivan, IT WAS VOTED 4-1 WITH 1 OPPOSED TO CALL FOR A SPECIAL ELECTION TO VOTE ON A DEBT EXCLUSION FOR THE NEW FACILITY ON MARCH 17TH. (Opposed: Jumonville)

Motion by Selectman Sullivan, seconded by Selectman Ferguson, IT WAS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO ADJOURN THE JANUARY 9, 2008 SPECIAL MEETING AT 8:45PM.
