M. Johnson called the Board of Health Meeting to order at 5:30 PM
WACHUSETT FITNESS POOL VARIANCE: Dennis Lipka and Alex Belisle, assistant fire chief, went to Wachusett Fitness to inspect for any safety issues. Mr. Lipka is going to write a letter to the Board about the inspection. To date the letter has not been sent.
EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS BOOKLET: M. Johnson motioned to approve the booklet. B. Pennino seconded. All in favor, approved.

FLOOR DRAIN BY-LAW:
Board Discussion:
The Board would like to continue to table this discussion until further information is obtained. M. Johnson motioned to table. B. Pennino seconded. All in favor, approved.
M. Johnson asked A. Crete to call some other town health agents to see whom they have as the enforcing agent for the Floor Drain By-Law. A. Crete was also asked to get a copy of the Aquifer By-Law and send to the Board to review. It was noted that the ECC company was the only industrial business in the Zone II well head protection area and that this company has not been in business or active for many years.

OTHER BUSINESS:
A. Crete mentioned she was trying to get a prescription drug take back day for Holden residents. She will be getting more information on how to set this up.
