1. Acceptance of Minutes
Motion by Beverly Potvin Kenniston, seconded by James Dillon, it was voted to approve the minutes of November 30, 2009.
2. Miscellaneous Items
Miscellaneous Discussion:
Real Estate Abatement Applications that have filed were reviewed. There were six (6) real estate abatements granted and five (5) real estate abatements denied at this meeting. February 1 is the last day for filing abatement applications.
The Supplemental Tax on New Construction (Hopkinton Bill) was discussed. Supplemental Tax Bills have been prepared totaling $15,738.45. Bills will be mailed on February 4, 2010 and be due on March 4, 2010.
Our next meeting will be held on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 4:30 P.M. There will be no February meeting of the Board of Assessors.
