1. Acceptance of Minutes
Motion by B. Potvin, seconded by J. Dillon. It was voted to approve the minutes of October 30, 2006.
2. Miscellaneous Items

New Growth figures for FY2007 were reviewed. New Growth increased this year due because of the large number of condominium projects built in Town. New Growth is $53.8 mil. The Department of Revenue must approve it after Re-certification of Values is received. Clariant Corporation will receive a Personal Property tax bill for FY2007. They will be classified as a manufacturing corporation effective January 1, 2007. No Fiscal 2008 personal property bill will be issued. Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. has had its manufacturing designation revoked effective as of January 1, 2007. They will be subject to personal property tax in FY2008.
The delays in receiving Re-certification were discussed. The public disclosure period started on November 16 and will conclude on November 27, 2006.
The assessors’ budget will include a request for additional hours and added responsibilities for the data collector position.
Our next meeting will be held on Monday, December 4, 2006 with the Selectmen for the Classification hearing at Town Hall.
