2. Resolution- Patricia Ouko water bill issue
Moved to approve the resolution authorizing the City Manager to make reasonable actions on the water account at 22725 SE Hawthorne Road, Patricia Ouko and bring back the findings to the City Commission.

5. Response to DEO Letter
Staff has responded to the inquiry for information to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Steffens regarding transfers between funds.
No action required. Informational purpose only.
6. City of Hawthorne Website
Staff was seeking direction from the City Commission regarding certain topics that should be accessible for the public. The City Commission asked a few questions and gave suggestions. No action required.
7. ACBOCC & City of Hawthorne Annual Joint Meeting
City Commission agreed April 16, 2019 @ 6:30PM would be the joint meeting with ACBOCC. No action required.

1. Alachua County SHIP Program
Alachua County is inviting people from Hawthorne to fill out a notification request form to be notified when SHIP Home Repair funding will be available. No action is needed.

1. City Manager Vause gave her City Manager report.

3. City Commission
Commissioner Floyd- Happy to see downtown Hawthorne growing.
Commissioner Roberts-Cheatham- HLEC Valentines luncheon tomorrow 11AM-1PM. Congratulations to Commissioner Bouie on her retirement and City Manager Vause on her new Grandbaby.
Commissioner Bouie- She is officially retired and is more available.
Vice Mayor Howard- the manhole on SE 61st Avenue is still in need of repair. City Manager Vause stated they was going out today to fix it, but ran into an emergency at a resident house.
4. Mayor Surrency- American Legion pancake breakfast and yard sale is March 2. Terwilliger Elementary is now facing the same issued as HMHS. Recreation Park is looking great. Lindsey Phillips Park is having renovations done. Go by the local florist and welcome her to Hawthorne and remember to shop local.
