D. ~ROUTINE ITEMS
1. Personnel Policy Procedure Review
City Attorney Hoehn reviewed section 3.03 of the City Charter that explains the Powers and Duties of the City Manager and Personnel Rules and Regulations. She advised the City Commission to not comment or make any indications regarding the issue concerning the suspension of a city employee until after the City Manager has completed her investigation.
The City Commission asked several questions to the City Attorney and City Manager.
E. CITIZEN COMMENTS
Mr. Edward Ray (Lake Breeze)- Asked the City Manager to handle the situation correctly because the staff member comments was inappropriate and we do not need nor want that in Hawthorne.
Mayor Surrency announced the scores was released and gave the grades received by each grade level and course the grade was received in. He stated the overall grade will be determined by the amount of improvements the students made. ~
