H.  DISCUSSION ITEMS
1.  Commission Meeting Procedures
Commissioner Roberts-Cheatham- Did research and reviewed the City Charter again.  Asking the City Commission to consider an earlier meeting time and having meetings once per month.

I.  CITIZEN COMMENTS - None

J. ~REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS/INFORMATION
1. City Manager Vause gave her City Managers report.

2. City Attorney Hoehn- No report

3. City Commission
Commissioner Floyd- pot hole in front of Shell Elementary need filled.  Neighbor complained about her driveway having a large hole in it and asked the city to fix it.
City Manager Vause- Driveways are the home owner responsibility, but will have city staff look to make sure it’s not a city problem.


Commissioner Roberts-Cheatham- Downtown paving.  Asked for an update on the handicap parking issue.  Please be aware of scam phone calls.  Received a call from someone pretending to be the IRS and asking for credit card information.
City Manager Vause- The handicap parking issue will be on the next CRA Agenda.

Commissioner Bouie- Asked for an update on the selling of the old county store.
City Manager Vause- Has a note on her desk to call tomorrow because she noticed a new real estate sign.

Vice Mayor Howard- Attended the School Concurrency meeting last Friday and it was the same presentation that was already presented to our City Commission meeting.

4. Mayor Surrency- School testing has begun.  Thank you to the youth sports parents for supporting the kids and the program.  Update on the HMHS FFA at the Alachua County Fair.  Update on missing students from HMHS.
