2. North Central Florida Planning Council
Commissioner Roberts-Cheatham updated the Commission on NCFRPC member responsibilities and rotation. Commissioner Roberts-Cheatham suggest rotating the position every 2 years so new City Commissioners will have the opportunity to serve.

A. PUD 17-1 EA-Hawthorne Planned Unit Development (PUD) Rezoning Application
Mr. Chris Dougherty, City Consultant from SM&E Company summarized the staff report for the 1st reading EA-Hawthorne Planned Unit Development (PU) rezoning application.
Mr. Tim Jackson reviewed the EA-Hawthorne PUD conditions that must be met before and during development.

Moved to adopt Ordinance 2017-01 on 1st reading and to amend Ordinance for 2nd reading to remove the right away conceded to be not own by the applicant and address the buffer zones in the presentation.
