8.  NCFRP Appointment
City Manager Vause announced Commissioner Roberts-Cheatham need to resign as NFRPC Representative for the City of Hawthorne.
Commissioner Bouie volunteered to serve and Vice Mayor Howard said on the days Commissioner Bouie could not go he would sit in her place.

1. City Manager Vause asked the City Commission to read her report on their own and she briefly went over the calendar and what’s coming up for the City Commissioners and Staff.

Commissioner Roberts-Cheatham- Glad to be back and thank you for the prayers for her daughter.

4. Mayor Surrency- March 18, 2017 opening day for HYS.  Spaghetti Dinner was a success. HHS Boys Basketball play tonight and if they win they go to Lakeland to play for the State title.
