Ms. Cindy Terrell- who is in charge of maintaining the city wells?
City Manager Vause- Two Fold Engineering along with James Pearson who is a license distribution operator.
Ms. Mona Moore- Speeding on SE 69th Avenue is still a problem and have not notice more patrol in the area.
Sgt. Robinson (ACSO)- Sheriff Office is starting to get the personnel needed to step up more patrol in different areas of the county.
Ms. Katy Davis- was at friend house in Lake Breeze and the water smelled strongly of chlorine.
City Manager Vause- have receive only one other complaint about the chlorine smell in Lake Breeze and we had Two Water to come out and do a test analysis and the chlorine levels was in the range they were supposed to be.

5. St. Johns River Management Downtown Water Line Replacement Application Phase 3 (Awarded)
City Manager Vause informed the City Commission the City received a $500K grant, but the City has to cover certain cost which means the city needs an additional $105K.
No action was needed.
6. Hawthorne Athletic Park: Grant Application FRDAP for the Opportunities for Individuals with Unique Abilities Special Funding Cycle (Awarded)
City Manager Vause announced the City received a $125K with no match funds required for REDI Communities.
No action was needed.
7. Lindsey Phillips Park Phase 2: Grant Application FRDAP for the Opportunities for Individuals with Unique Abilities Special Funding Cycle (Awarded)
City Manager Vause announced the City received a $125K with no match funds required for REDI Communities.

8. Grant Agreement A7025 Lindsey Phillips Park Florida Recreation Developments Assistance Program (FRDAP)

1. ACBOCC Wetlands Policy
City Manager Vause stated ACBOCC met and is proposing a county wide wetland protection policy for improving water quality protection under the County Charter.
2. Farm Share
City Manager Vause- the proposed date for the next Farm Share is February 11, 2017.
3. Sign Code Workshop
City Manager Vause- the proposed date for the Sign Code Workshop is February 21, 2017 @ 5:30PM.
4. Joint City/County Meeting
City Manager Vause- ACBOCC proposed May 16, 2017 for the Joint City/County Meeting at 6:30PM
I. CITIZEN COMMENTS
Ms. Cindy Terrell- questioned about the Cemetery budget.
City Manager Vause- The city is now responsible for maintaining the cemetery. There are no more lots to sale, therefore we don’t receive money for the Cemetery. ~

4. Mayor Surrency- LOCNP Grand Opening Saturday at 10AM. Recreation signup for Baseball, Softball and Soccer. February 17 the Safety Patrol is selling Spaghetti Dinners to raise money for their Washington DC trip.
