A.  Establishing a Code of Ordinance for Noise Regulations
Moved to approve the Ordinance amending on the Hawthorne Code of Ordinances to provide for noise regulations on second reading.

B.  Municipal Service Benefit Unit (MSBU) for Solid Waste
