Mr. Larry Tilbury- Recycling pickup messed up 2 weeks in a row on May 15 & May 22. Questioned if there was a penalty clause if they do not meet their contract requirement.

3. Putnam Land Conservancy Manager Designee- City Manager Vause
City Manager Vause informed the City Commission that Mr. Mike Stallings will no longer be a board member of Putnam Land Conservance (PLC).
No action was needed.
4. Mr. Mike Stallings Volunteer- City Manager Vause
City Manager Vause informed the City Commission that Mr. Mike Stallings & Mrs. Janice Brown Stallings would like to continue volunteering for Little Orange Creek Nature Park (LOCNP) and he has provided a certificate of liability insurance under the Hawthorne Area Community Foundation.
No action was needed.
5. Resolution- Active Street CRA Funds Request- City Manager Vause

6. LOCNP (North Side) - City Manager Vause
City Manager Vause- As part of the MOU the property owners of LOCNP met to discuss the possibility of hunting on the LOCN Preserve. The subcommittee will present the proposed hunting plan to the MOU for incorporation into the MOU agreements. The FCT will also be copied with MOU in the annual report filed each July.
No action needed.

1. City Manager Vause gave an update on Audit, Visioning, Active Streets, Legislative Appropriation, St John Management, CDBG, FRDAP, Love’s Travel Center, Hawthorne Estate, water line replacement, LOCNP, Hawthorne Heart Walk
2. City Attorney Hoehn- Thank you to the Commission for excusing her from the past 2 meetings after giving birth to her baby boy.

Commissioner Roberts- Remember City Clerk Lakesha in your prayers she’s at the hospital with her daughter.

4. Mayor Surrency- Reminder the City Election is next Tuesday. Commissioner Carlton and Mr. Jimmy Floyd are running for seat #3 and would like to encourage everyone to come out and vote.
