J. ~REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS/INFORMATION
1. City Manager Vause gave her week in review report to the City Commission.

2. City Attorney Hoehn- Filed the eviction notice for Altitude Communication.  Received a call from the Baker’s Attorney because Altitude equipment is also on the Baker’s property so their attorney wanted to touch base because they are submitting an eviction notice to them as well.

3. City Commission
Commissioner Roberts- Congratulations to Mayor Surrency for the Babe Ruth recognition.  Thank you to the City Commission for helping with the pot luck luncheon.  Speed racing on 69th Ave in front of Hawthorne High School.  Thank God she is still here and cancer free going on 5 years now.

Commissioner Carlton- Ask for an update on McDonald’s.

Vice Mayor Howard- None

4. Mayor Surrency- Appreciate the work from ASO on the Fast Track investigation and hope they continue it because it is still going on.  Was at the Alachua County Meeting that is why he was late.  Alachua League of Cities meeting on January 27 at 7PM here at City Hall.
