1.  Citizen of the Month, Hawthorne Homecoming Committee
The City Commission recognized the Homecoming Committee for their hard work.

2.  Mr. Keith Harmon- Hawthorne Library- Had a 3 day computer network outage but it is fixed now.  On August 9 from 1:00-5:00PM will be the library hours because of open house for the Women’s Club.

1. City Manager Vause gave an update on Flooding, City Hall, French Drain, Driveways, FRDAP Grant, Planning Grant, DEO Economic Development Grant, Alachua County Fire Rescue, Water Line Replacement Project, and Stand by Our Plan, City Clerk injury, and Staff.

Commissioner Roberts- Super Seniors close for the summer and will start again in September 3, 2014 @ 11:00AM with a Health Fair at City Hall.  Ask City Commission to provide lunch for Super Seniors in December.

4. Mayor Surrency- Going to Archer, Lacross and Gainesville for the Boundary Adjustment Act.
