Park & Rec. Director Reggie Strickland gave a brief back ground description of himself and explained some programs he has been working on within the different parks.

Mr. Larry Tilbury- Neighbor had motor scooter stolen. It was bright yellow in color and the police was notified.

2. Water, Sewer, and Garbage Rates
City Manager Vause- Suggesting this item is table because all the Commissioners are not present. Is suggestion a workshop on this item for April 8 at 6:30PM.
All City Commissioners agreed.
3. Altitude Communication
City Attorney Hoehn- Altitude has 3 cable dishes on city property at the fire station. She spoke with Altitude attorney who informed her Altitude would sign a consent saying if 3 dishes were not removed the City could move them. The consent still not signed and need the City Commission permission to go to court and file eviction action or take further steps to resolve issue.
Moved to give City Attorney permission to proceed with eviction process.

City Manager summarized the future dates for meetings.
The City Commissioner agreed the dates are acceptable.

1. City Manager Vause gave updates on the Park & Rec. LOCNP, FRDAP Grant, American Legion, Joint Mtg with ACBOCC and staff.

A. Commissioner Carlton- Asked for further clarification about the Altitude situation.
B. Commissioner Bouie- None
C. Vice Mayor Howard- None
4. Mayor Surrency- Went to Washington DC with the National League of Cities. The trip was paid by the Florida League of Cities. Alachua County League of Cities in Waldo on March 25 at 7PM. The LOCNP Annual Meeting at 5:30PM this Thursday.
