	Public Meeting on Waterfront The Proposed Consent Decree and its impact on the Village Thursday, January 7 at 7 PM - James Harmon Community Center - 44 Main St Meeting will be broadcast live on WHOH-TV 75 or FIOS 43 and http://whoh-tv.org The Village has finished renegotiating a Consent Decree with Riverkeeper and BP Arco. This legal document will affect the waterfront and the village in many ways: - What the future shoreline will look like - How much land will be set aside for open space - What are the restrictions on the land - The future of the water tower and Building 52 - The future of Quarry Park - And much more This is an important and exciting step in progress on the waterfront and will have immediate impacts on the village.
