Meeting Minutes Thursday January 15, 2009
Meeting called to order @ 8:04 AM at Town Meeting room
Attendees: Chris Ashley, Joe Sudol, Carrie Fraser, Wade Holtzman, Tim Clark
Meeting Summary
Preparation for Selectmen’s meeting on January 20 at 7:00 pm
The following actions were undertaken since last meeting
1) Ensure quality of the model including service area mapping (Chris/Carrie) – Complete
2) Develop outreach executive summary for Selectmen update including learnings to date (Wade/Pat) – In progress
3) Develop “project outline” to get to Town Meeting for Selectmen update (Joe/Chris) – In progress
4) Outline for presentation (Chris) - Complete
In addition to the executive summary provided by Chris, Carrie will prepare an executive summary of work approach, work and conclusions achieved to date. We also need to add a summary about steps needed to get to Town Meeting in May.
Future meetings:
Schedule a meeting for Saturday January 17 at 4pm at Wade Holtzman’s house on 104 Bolton Road
