Announcements
Meeting regarding the restoration of weekend Commuter Rail Service will be held on Thursday, April 17th at 7:00 p.m. at the Hanson Town Hall. Local legislators, area town officials and representatives from Mass. DOT will be on hand to discuss the issue. The public is welcome to attend.
Volunteers Needed at the annual Camp Kiwanee Clean-Up Day-Saturday, April ~19th,
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Meet at Needles Lodge with work gloves and a rake. Community Service Hours Available. ~
Whitman Hanson Band will be holding a fundraiser at The Carousel Family Fun Center in Whitman on Saturday, April 26th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Admission is $5.00 and skate rental, if required, is $3.00. This is a great way to end school vacation week while supporting the Whitman Hanson Band.
Memorial Day Parade will be Monday May 26th.~ The Veterans Agent Bob Arsenault is looking for volunteers to work with him to organize and supervise the parade. The work involved includes organizing marching groups who will march in the parade and other services related to the parade. Please contact Bob at (781) 293-2772.

Hanson Youth Football will have holding registrations on Saturday and Sunday, May 3rd and 4th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Old Police Station 795 Indian Head Street. For additional information please go to www.hansonyouthfootball.com
Town Meeting is Monday, May 5th at the Hanson Middle School. Meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. a quorum of 100 registered voters is required.
