For the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to collective bargaining and conducting collective bargaining sessions with the Police Union since an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Town.

Announcements
The Hanson Food Pantry is seeking volunteer assistance from licensed plumbers to install a new heating system and bathroom and a licensed roofer to replace our roof and gutters.~ Both are vital to opening our new site for the Hanson Food Pantry at 266 High Street. The Hanson Food Pantry will provide all materials and have volunteers who are ready and willing to help the masters of the trades.~ They are hopeful that someone with the talents and license will have the kindness of heart to donate his/her time and talent to serve those who are in need of food.~ We are hoping we can be operation by September. Hanson Cub Scouts Pack 34 will be holding a Sign-Up Night Monday,
September 16th At 7pm At the Hanson Middle School's Cafeteria. Any Boy starting 1st-5th Grade are encourage to join Scouting for more info please contact Marc at hansoncubscouts@verizon.net
The First Congregational Church at 639 High Street will be hosting its 5th Annual Flea Market on Saturday, Sept. 21st from 9:00 to 3:00 p.m. Vendors are welcome $35 per space (tables not included) This will be an outside event with limited indoor spaces.~For more information call Marc Linn at 781-293-7524 or Karen at 781-293-7997~
