Announcements



Mandatory Water Use Restrictions are now in effect.  Handheld hoses only between the hours of 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.  Sprinklers maybe used one day per week during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  For more information please contact the Water Department at 781-447-1200.

Vacancies on the following committee: Cable T.V., Capital Improvement,
Finance Committee, General By-law, Nathaniel Thomas Mill, Open Space,
Private Road Oversight and Street Safety & Development.   There is also a vacancy on the Board of Assessor and three on the Planning Board.  Anyone interested in servicing on a committee should submit an application for appointment to the Selectmen’s Office.  Applications are available on the website  www.hanson-ma.gov

Lobster Bake hosted by the Hanson Public Library on Wednesday, August 17th at 6:30 p.m. at Camp Kiwanee.  Catered by the Olde Hitching Post Restaurant.  Lobster Dinners are $40.00 and Chicken Dinners are $25.00  Tickets available at the Hanson Public Library and the Olde Hitching Post Restaurant.  For more information please call
