APPOINTMENTS
7:00 PM Appointment with Catherine Bond for an informal discussion regarding potential Dove Lane/Quail Estates sub-division. Ms. Bond would like some guidance from the Board regarding roadway construction requirements.
7:15 PM Appointment with Mike Facchini to discuss a request a release for building #11, Units 41, 42 and 43 from the Planning Board Covenant at Stonebridge Commons
DISCUSSIONS
- Brookside Estates – Status update for granite curbing removal at 9 Progress Way. Mr. Watson from S Bank is on vacation until September 28th.
- Plymouth County Hospital site – a review of the Assessors Database and the Planning Board files indicate that the property was subdivided and recorded as follows:
- Parcel 49-1-1A – Proposed Conservation/Open Space Parcel
- Parcel 49-1A-1 – Main parcel
- Parcel 49-1
Confirmation that the property was previously subdivided with the plans recorded at the Registry of Deeds.
