APPOINTMENTS

         7:00 PM  Continued Review of A/ANR Plan “Form A Plan of Land in Hanson, MA” submitted by   Steven J. Periano, Trustee concerning a transfer of property located at 456 Maquan Street, Map 70,      Lot 52 in Hanson, MA    

        7:15 PM Continued Review of a Form A plan submitted by Steve Wry of Land Planning for the Town  Forest – applicant has requested a continuance

PUBLIC MEETING

       7:30 PM Public Information Meeting concerning the Definitive Subdivision Plan entitled  Hemlock Hills – Phase 2.  An informal question and answer session, The Public         Information Meeting is  being held to afford a full opportunity for public participation        and to allow open discussion of any     views and comments the community may have concerning this project.

ZONING HEARINGS

Application of Michael O’Connell for Special Permit/Variance to allow for to allow for the construction of a 26’ x 36’ garage that does not meet setback requirements at 572 Pleasant Street, Map 16, Lot 1-1.  Property is pre-existing non-conforming and is in Residence A Zone.

Application of Michael MacCurtain for a Special Permit to allow for dog training at Juliet’s Pet Salon with related signage at 1615-1625 Main Street, Map 45, Lot 1.  Property is located in the Flexible Over-lay Zone and Zone II of the Aquifer Protection Zone.

Application of Arthur Miner for a Special Permit/Variance to allow for the construction of a two-car garage and attached breezeway that does not meet the setback requirements at 43 Waltham Street, Map 2 Lot 781.  Property is located in a Residence A Zone and is preexisting and non-conforming.
