7:00 PM Continued Review of A/ANR Plan “APPROVAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW NOT REQUIRED” submitted by Ahmed T. Barakat concerning a transfer of property located at Main Street in Hanson, MA.
IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS
7:15 PM Public Hearing to review a proposed article for Annual Town Meeting to see if the Town will vote to amend the Hanson Zoning By-law by adding Section VI.L Special Requirements for Medical Marijuana Facilities for the purpose of allowing and regulating the location of these facilities in the Town of Hanson.
7:45 PM Public Hearing to review a proposed amendment to the Zoning By-laws to delete in its entirety the existing Section VII.E, Signs of the Town of Hanson, County of Plymouth, Massachusetts, Land Use Regulations Zoning Bylaw, amended October, 2007, and accept in its entirety a new Section VII.E Sign By-law, dated February 25, 2014, on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
8:15 PM Public Hearing to review a proposed amendment to the Zoning By-laws to delete in its entirety the existing Section VI.J.3, Adult Entertainment Overlay District of the Town of Hanson, County of Plymouth, Massachusetts, Land Use Regulations Zoning Bylaw, amended October, 2007, and accept in its entirety a new Section VI.J.3 Adult Entertainment Overlay District, dated January 27, 2014, on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
8:25 PM Public Hearing to review a proposed amendment to the Zoning By-laws to see if the Town will vote to amend Section VI.J.5.c, Adult Entertainment Uses by Special Permit Criteria of the Town of Hanson, County of Plymouth, Massachusetts, Land Use Regulations Zoning Bylaw, amended October, 2007, and accept an amended Section VI.J.5.c Adult Entertainment Uses by Special Permit Criteria on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
