Hemlock Hills: As per Town Counsel, Planning Board must vote to declare the developer in default of its obligations under the approval and to take such steps as are necessary to apply the remaining security deposit funds to complete the work, including directing the Treasurer to pay over the funds to the Town for such purpose.~ – requires vote
