VI.     ZONING HEARINGS

Application of Manickam Muthukumar for Special Permit/Variance to allow for the construction of a 6’ x 36’ farmers porch which will reduce the front setback requirement from 50’ to 47.6’ at 20 Winslow Drive, Map 111, Lot 127.  Property is in a Residence A Zone.

Application of Kelly Ryan-Holmes DBA Wade Properties, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval to allow for various retail and office related businesses with related signage plus warehouse and storage areas at 1000 Main Street, Map 42, Lot 46.  Property is located in Residence B Zone, Business Zone, Commercial/Industrial Zone and Flexible Overlay Zone.
