VII.    ZONING HEARINGS

Application of Matt Duggan for Special Permit/Variance to demolish and reconstruct a single family home with a 12’ x 30’ addition to the rear of the house and a 28’ x 28’ garage at 402 Spring Street, Map 109, Lot 18.  Property is located in the Residence AA Zone.

Application of Robert Heap for a Site Plan Approval to allow for the parking of paving equipment with related signage at 999 Main Street, Map 42, Lot 10.  Property is located in the Commercial Industrial Zone and the Flexible Overlay Zone.    

Application of Shayne McGlone for a Special Permit/Variance to demolish and reconstruct a single family home at 157 Milford Street, Map 2, Lot 113.  Property is pre-existing, nonconforming and is in Residence A Zone.

Application of Stacey McDougall for Site Plan Approval and a Special Permit to allow for the operation of a dance studio with related signage at 270 Main Street, Map 40, Lot 44C.  Property is located in the Business Zone.

Application of Keith O’Sullivan for a Special Permit to allow for the operation of a sign and art retail store with related signage at 1375 Main Street, Unit 2, Map 44, Lot 13.  Property is located in the Flexible Overlay Zone and Zone II of the Aquifer Protection area.
