VII.    ZONING HEARINGS

Application of Mike Casey of BayState Sealcoating for Site Plan Approval to allow for the storage of equipment and related signage at 1615 Main Street, Map 45, Lot 1.  Property is located in the Commercial Industrial and Flexible Overlay Zones.

Application of Mark Sibley for a Variance to raze an existing house on new Lot 13 and construct two (2) single family homes on new Lots 13 and 13A that do not meet the frontage requirements and to reconfigure an existing lot to facilitate a subdivision at 248 Spring Street, Map 108, Lot 13.
