PUBLIC HEARINGS:
Approved – Local Law 1, 2014 to allow auto accessories and parts store up to 7,500 square feet in gross floor area in Local Business District.
Approved – 2015 Town Budget
1. Adopted a resolution approving an amended Guilderland Center Pedestrian Safety Sidewalk Construction Project Contract.
2. Approved a Transportation Services Agreement between the Guilderland Central School District and the Town of Guilderland for busing children to summer camp locations.
3. Approved transfers as requested by the Town Comptroller’s Office.
4. Approved transfers from the Transfer Station, Highway, and Recreation Departments as requested by the Town Comptroller’s Office.
5. Approved authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
6. Confirmed the scheduling of a Public Hearing for December 2, 2014 at 7:30 pm for the Town of Guilderland Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
7. Approved cancelling the November 18, 2014 Town Board Meeting.
