Approved- Section 202 of the Town Law in regard to the Assessment Roll of the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area
Approved - Section 202-a of the Town Law in regard to the Assessment Roll of the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area
Re-scheduled to November 6 at 7:30 P.M. – Local Law to allow auto accessories and parts store up to 7,500 square feet in gross floor area in Local Business District
1. Approved release of escrow in amount of $82,000 for completion of construction work Twenty West as per recommendation of Town Designated Engineer.
2. Approved private lane request for single drive serving Schoolhouse Road to be known as Dexter Lane.
3. Approved transfers as requested by Town Comptroller’s Office.
4. Approved authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
5. Approved setting Public Hearing for the 2015 Town Budget on November 6, 2014 at 7:35 PM.
6. Approved adopting a resolution approving Guilderland Center Pedestrian Safety Sidewalk Construction Project NYS Route 146.
7. Approved authorizing the Police Department to auction abandoned and surplus property.
8. Approved cancelling October 21, 2014 Town Board meeting.
