1. Set a public hearing pursuant to Section 202 of the Town Law in regard to the Assessment Roll of the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area on October 7, 2014 at 7:30 PM.
2. Set a public hearing pursuant to Section 202-a of the Town Law in regard to the Assessment Roll of the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area on October 7, 2014 at 7:45 PM.
3. Established a fee of $300.00 for the submission of re-zoning applications to cover the administrative costs of the town.
4. Approved re-appointing Debra Murphy to the Board of Assessment and Review, term to expire September 30, 2019.
5. Approved release of escrow for sidewalk completion Twenty West Subdivision.
6. Awarded bid for sidewalk construction NYS Route 146 in Guilderland Center to Peter Luizzi & Bros. Cont., Inc.
