1.         “Petson Parade” by Department of Animal Control (TENTATIVE).

2.         Consider adopting a resolution, as required by NYS Retirement, determining standard work day for newly elected and appointed officials based upon submitted and approved calendars as recommended by the Town Clerk.

3.         Consider scheduling a public hearing for August 16, 2016 at 7:45 p.m. on the application to rezone 3760 and 3800 Carman Road from Local Business to Multiple Residenceas recommended by the Planning Board and Town Planner. 

4.         Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with CSEA to have the Animal Control Officers represented by CSEA Unit A as recommended by the Director of Human Resources.

5.         Consider appointing Jacqueline Coons as Acting Chief Building and Zoning Inspector.

6.         Consider waiving building permits for construction at 7 Elmwood Drive due to fire damage as recommended by the Building Department.

7.         Consider waiving building permits for construction at 1143 Meadowdale Road due to fire damage as recommended by the Building Department.

8.         Consider the provisional appointment of Allison Smith to the position of Data Entry Operator in Court as recommended by the Director of Human Resources.

9.         Consider adopting a resolution approving the Town Comptroller Office’s audit findings and recommendations for the annual court records and financial documents submitted by the Town Justices. 

10.       Consider cancelling the Board’s August 2, 2016 meeting.

11.       Consider accepting the proposed dedication of Lot No. 3 in the Battagalino subdivision (adjacentto Fusco Park) as parkland and authorize the Supervisor to sign documents necessary to complete the dedication

1.         Enforcement of 2016 Lawn Sprinkler regulations.

2.         CDTC’s award of funding for constructing sidewalks to Lynnwood Elementary.

3.         DOT’s approval of funding for safety-related improvements to parts of Carman Road, including turn lanes, sidewalks, and crosswalks.
