1. “Pets on Parade” by Department of Animal Control (TENTATIVE).
2. Consider adopting a resolution to forward calendars approved at the Board’s June 21st meeting to the NYS Comptroller as recommended by the Payroll Administrator.
3. Consider scheduling a public hearing for August 16, 2016 at 7:45 p.m. on the application to rezone 3760 and 3800 Carman Road from Local Business to Multiple Residence as recommended by the Planning Board and Town Planner.
4. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with CSEA to have the Animal Control Officers represented by CSEA Unit A as recommended by the Director of Human Resources.
5. Consider appointing Jacqueline Coons as Acting Chief Building and Zoning Inspector.
6. Consider waiving building permits for construction at 7 Elmwood Drive due to fire damage as recommended by the Building Department.
7. Consider adopting a resolution approving the Town Comptroller Office’s audit findings and recommendations for the annual court records and financial documents submitted by the Town Justices.
8. Consider cancelling the Board’s August 2, 2016 meeting.
