Approve Town Board minutes for the April 5, April 12, and May 3, 2016 meetings
Agenda
1. Consider: (a) accepting the proposed dedication to the Town of Sussex Court in the Prescott Woods subdivision, including road and utilities, and to authorize the Supervisor to sign documents necessary to complete the dedication; and (b) establishing an escrow account in the amount of $61,000 for remaining infrastructure work as recommended by the Town-designated engineer.
2. Review calendars for elected and appointed officials for NYS Retirement System.
3. Consider the hiring of Robert Wadsworth as full time Laborer as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.
4. Schedule review of the draft Technology Policy for the Board’s July 12th meeting.
